Cape Breton Highlands 3 Peaks Challenge

Hike the Highlands Festival Society is pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Cape Breton Highlands 3 Peaks Challenge will take place Saturday, July 21, 2012. The three mountains selected to be hiked in this year’s challenge are Cape Smokey, Meat Cove and Sugar Loaf.

The event will begin at 7:00 am. sharp at Cape Smokey Provincial Park and end with the closing ceremonies in Ingonish at 6:30 pm. The closing ceremony and reception will be hosted by Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 105, 35969 Cabot Trail, Ingonish. Teams will check in at the legion and sign a form that they have completed the event.
